Offer valid on purchases made from 5/1/2026 through 6/30/2026.

Giveaway is available only to the first 6,000 eligible consumers (18 years or older and legal residents of AL, FL, GA, MS, NC, SC, TN ) who make a purchase of one hundred dollars ($100 USD) or greater (excluding taxes) on a single receipt from any of the following The Home Depot® (“Sponsor”) retail stores and submit a valid, complete, giveaway request form and original receipt to be received by 4:59 PM EST on 7/7/2026. A qualifying purchase of one hundred dollars ($100 USD) or more (excluding taxes) on a single receipt will result in one (1) pair of tickets only, regardless of the total purchase amount. Purchases exceeding $100 (e.g., $200, $300, etc.) do not result in additional ticket pairs. Purchases made through homedepot.com are not eligible for this promotion. Employees, officers, and directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether or not related), of Sponsor, Atlanta National League Baseball Club, LLC (“ANLBC” or “Atlanta Braves”) or the other MLB Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a prize.

This offer is valid only on purchases made between 5/1/2026 and 6/30/2026. Giveaway requests must be received by 7/7/2026.

While supplies last, consumers who make a successful giveaway submission will receive two (2) tickets to an Atlanta Braves 2026 regular season baseball home game, played at Truist Park in Atlanta, GA, from May 27 to September 24 of the year 2026. Only one (1) pair of tickets will be awarded per qualifying purchase and per receipt. Tickets will be distributed via email provided. Approximate retail value: $40.00 ($20 per ticket). If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated retail value, the difference will not be awarded. Consumer will be asked to list, in order of preference, his/her top five (5) game choices, which are designated on the giveaway request form by the date of the scheduled game. Atlanta Braves official game schedules are available at www.braves.com. Tickets are available only to the first 6,000 customers who submit valid giveaway request forms. All game selections, teams involved, ticket locations, and dates will be determined solely by Sponsor. Additional restrictions may apply based on ticket availability and/or blackout dates. The following Atlanta Braves 2026 regular season home games are blackout dates and are not eligible for selection under this promotion:

• June 6 vs Pittsburgh
• June 20 vs Milwaukee
• July 3 vs NY Mets
• July 4 vs NY Mets
• July 18 vs Texas
• Aug 25/26/27 vs Dodgers

TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM ANY GAME, LODGING, AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES NOT INCLUDED. All costs and expenses associated with award acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities, and other expenses incurred by accepting the award are the sole responsibility of each award recipient. Major League Baseball games, events and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or ANLBC, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game, event, or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each participant and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark regulations in connection with any prize and/or ticket. Sponsor, ANLBC and the applicable MLB Entities (as defined below) reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any participant and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event, or exhibition. Sponsor, ANLBC and/or the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to a winner and/or his/her guest if either winner or his/her guest violates the previous restrictions or engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at a game. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded will govern in the event a legal game, as defined by MLB, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each award recipient and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark regulations in connection with any ticket. Sponsor and/or ANLBC reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any award recipient and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any game. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Atlanta Braves MLB game.

Only the tickets specified above will be awarded. Tickets are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalent. All federal, state, and local income taxes, insurance, licensing, registration, and title fees connected to the award are the sole responsibility of the award recipients. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor and ANLBC expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use of tickets awarded, and all participants agree to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the MLB Entities, ANLBC, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, sponsors, representatives, and any and all other companies associated with this ticket promotion, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the ticket promotion or from the receipt or use of any award or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any award. Requests for giveaway must be:

• Made online via the official digital giveaway form, available at participating The Home Depot® retail stores. The giveaway form must be filled out in its entirety.
• Accompanied by a digital copy of the original sales receipt, with the total amount clearly circled or highlighted. Note that a purchase of $100 or more (excluding taxes) must be reflected on a single receipt (receipts of less than $100 may not be combined).
• Equipment rentals may be included in qualifying purchases only if reflected on the original in store receipt.
